Turn your right-hand person into your company's AI leader

They spend a day with me. They come back owning AI in your business.

What your person walks away with

1

They own AI in your business

Not just a user of tools. The person who identifies problems and builds solutions.

2

A working tool they built

Built for their actual job, solving a real problem. Not a demo. Something they use Monday.

3

A method they can repeat

They know how to do it again. No dependency on me or anyone else.

How it works

1

You tell me who's coming and what they work on

2

They show up with a real problem from their job

3

I guide them from problem to working prototype

4

They go back to work and use it Monday

This is what I do

"Team looking for work to do"

Developed an Ops Director into the day-to-day CEO. After 4 years the founder is fully hands-off and the team runs itself.

Cannabis tech company, 4-year engagement

"Making all her yoga classes"

Turning an EA into Director of Operations while building AI delivery systems. CEO went from Slack all day to fully stepping back.

Consulting company, ongoing

"Built in weeks, not months"

Built an AI tool that captures team commitments from meetings, chat, and calls. Running inside the company now, saving hours per week.

Game design company, AI ops tool

About Alex

Questions

What if my person isn't technical?

That's the point. They don't need to be. The method works for non-engineers.

What do they actually build?

Depends on their role. Could be a reporting tool, an onboarding flow, an ops dashboard, a content system, a client tracker. They bring the problem, we build the solution.

What happens after the day?

They have the method and can keep building. If you want to go deeper, team-wide rollout, leadership development, or ongoing support, we do private engagements.

How many people can I send?

Open day: as many as you want (each registers individually). Private day: your whole team.
